Nice building and location. A number of popular and good restaurants, bars and cafes, park, supermarket, bookstore, and convenience shops are within walking distance. Won't be complete without a church. Units are likened to hotel single/queen bed rooms, but with an additional kitchenette. Sufficient for short stays up to a month for travelling singles / couples. Views from the room are gorgeous. WiFi is available for your room and nearby, but unavailable in the lobby. Unfortunately, the time I was visiting, was not given any notification on closure of the pool for repairs/maintenance. My poor swimsuit couldn't get a breather. 😅 High security in the building, but if having visitors, advanced notice to the guards should suffice. Had 16 people over for my friend's wedding preparations and gathering pre-shoot and wedding. Also, there is a security panel in the room where the security can buzz to check with the person staying there if the visitor is valid. CCTV view possible. Drawback is that there is a registration and security desk at the lobby, but no baggage holds available. Bellhop service is available.

The place is very classy. Security is very approachable and accomodated. Swimming pool is for free. Other amenities are not such as play room for children, billiards and what not. Units are very beautiful. When you are on higher floor, you can almost see the whole city including Circle in Quezon City and Cubao.

Only one of the two elevators going to the upper floors is available. Always have to waste a lot of time for the elevators. They don't even let residents know if they are going to fix it. They don't even pick up packages. The delivery boxes are always full. They do not try to improve. This is a developing country, everything is inconvenient, and even then it is overkill.

Stayed on level 36, my unit was clean and the view is really beautiful overseeing the city and the main road which seems to be busy 24x7. The facilities such as swimming pool and so on is great.

One Eastwood Ave, very nice place with so many Resturants in the area, and a 7-11 right across the street from the entrance, Maxstays - Maxstyle @ Eastwood Avenue is an excellent host.

I was deceived... i booked for 2 nights and when we arrived - they told me.it is not yet operational. I cant even contact the agent...goodbye 4k plus for nothing. Management should also help clients such as us.... we were helpless.... they even told me that it was not only me who encountered such problem....yet no action to block.or to alert people.booking.on line.... BAD KAYO

One of the tall buildings around Eastwood City. Our guests stayed in one of the units found here via Airbnb. The Concierge desk though needs more staff. The guards at the entrance lobby are polite.
